Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, probing, scanning, vulnerability exploitation, credential sharing, or bypassing permissions.
- Uploading malware, harmful code, corrupted files, or content designed to disrupt systems.
- Using the service for spam, deceptive messages, unlawful marketing, harassment, threats, discrimination, retaliation, or abusive communications.
- Scraping, bulk exporting, or mining data except as authorized by the customer and platform permissions.
- Using AI features to generate deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful, defamatory, or professional advice without proper human review.
- Submitting information that the user has no right to upload, disclose, or process.
- Interfering with service performance, availability, monitoring, security, or another customer's workspace.
2. Enforcement
HOA Operations may investigate suspected violations and may suspend users, disable features, remove content, or notify the customer when necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
