Our Commitment

HOA Operations (hoaoperations.com) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and platform in conformance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as affirmed by DOJ guidance issued March 2022.

Accessibility Features

This website includes a built-in Accessibility Options panel (the ♿ button in the bottom-right corner of every page) that provides:

• Skip navigation — keyboard users can skip directly to the main content
• Text size adjustment — three size levels (Normal, Large, Extra Large)
• High contrast mode — increases color contrast for low-vision users
• Reduce motion — disables animations and transitions for users with vestibular disorders

Your preferences are saved locally in your browser and applied automatically on return visits.

Standards We Target

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance across all pages, including:

• Sufficient color contrast ratios (4.5:1 minimum for normal text)
• Keyboard navigability throughout the platform
• Meaningful ARIA labels and landmark roles on all interactive elements
• lang="en" set on the document for screen reader language detection
• Focus indicators visible on all interactive controls
• No content that flashes more than 3 times per second

Known Limitations

We are actively working to improve our accessibility posture. Some areas of the platform (particularly complex data grids and document embeds) may not yet fully meet Level AA standards. We are addressing these incrementally in our development roadmap.
