Infrastructure and hosting

Vercel or equivalent application hosting provider.
Supabase or equivalent database, authentication, storage, and backend provider.

AI and automation

OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent AI model providers used to power CID and document/email parsing features.

Communications and productivity integrations

Microsoft, Google, Zoom, or equivalent services when customers connect email, calendar, document, or meeting integrations.

Payments and billing

Stripe or equivalent payment processor for subscription billing, invoices, and payment records where enabled.

Support, diagnostics, and analytics

Customer support, logging, monitoring, analytics, and error tracking providers used to operate and secure the service.

Updates

HOA Operations may update this list as vendors change. Enterprise customers may receive notice of material subprocessor changes through the agreement or account contact.
