Launch items counsel should confirm
- Confirm exact legal entity name, mailing address, state of formation, and contracting party.
- Confirm production subprocessors from Vercel, Supabase, AI model providers, Stripe, Microsoft/Google/Zoom, analytics, monitoring, and support tools.
- Add a physical postal address to marketing email templates before sending promotional email.
- Confirm whether HOA Operations meets CCPA applicability thresholds now or will contractually honor CCPA requests anyway.
- Confirm customer contracts include order form, subscription fees, renewal, support, SLA if offered, DPA, AI terms, and limitation of liability.
- Confirm breach response owner, security contact, and customer notification workflow before onboarding live HOA data.
